Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
Every lamp is made to order. Please allow 7–10 business days for production before your order ships. We produce Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Your order could be delayed in some cases due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or checkout information, such as a wrong shipping address — which happens more often than you'd think.
If a wrong shipping address is provided, we allow 1 hour after purchase for orders to be changed. Please contact craftedbymatt@hotmail.com if you need any order details fixed. We are not responsible for any misinformation, such as a wrong shipping address, that is entered by the customer. Please scroll down to the Wrong Address Disclaimer below for more details.
Estimated Shipping Time
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes:
- United States: 5–9 business days (standard)
- Express shipping: Available at checkout for $5.99 for faster delivery
- International: 7–14 business days (when available — contact us before ordering)
All orders include tracking, and you'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Note: Shipping times typically depend on carrier performance and, for international orders, customs processing in each country. Some countries clear packages faster than others.
Shipping times can also be delayed due to factors outside of our control, such as:
- Carrier delays or strikes
- Weather conditions
- Time of year (e.g., holiday seasons)
- Large or bulky items
- Errors on the shipping provider's side
Should any of the above occur with your package, we promise to keep you informed to the best of our ability.
Shipping Guarantee
We're committed to our customers, which is why we make the following promise:
If your order doesn't arrive within the following time frames from the order date, we'll send you a free replacement or refund you the full amount:
- United States: 45 days
- Canada: 45 days
- United Kingdom: 45 days
- European Union: 45 days
- Australia / New Zealand: 50 days
- Rest of the world: 50 days
International Delivery
Whether or not you'll be charged additional fees by customs in your country is outside of our control. When you order from our store, you acknowledge there may be additional charges once the package reaches your country. Please contact your country's customs office if you'd like to learn more about the rules in your location.
Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes in the destination country. Shipping to certain countries may also require extra shipping fees due to geographical location.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that all shipping information is correct. We have a strict shipping schedule and can't always make changes to the shipping address. Please double-check the address you're entering before checking out. We will not be held responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.
If your order is already in production or has shipped, we are unable to make changes to the destination address. At that point, the only thing we can do is wait for the package to be returned to us. If the item is returned to our warehouse, we will issue a full refund upon arrival, minus any return shipping costs.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within the Shipping Guarantee window above, email craftedbymatt@hotmail.com and we'll help locate it or issue a replacement/refund.
Damaged in Transit
If your lamp arrives damaged, please see our Refund Policy for how to report it (within 14 days of delivery, with photos).
Returns
By placing an order in our store, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping (unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect). Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further information on how to return packages.
